This type of appointment is not approved to work more than 999 hours per year for all positions combined. Should incumbents work more than a total of 999 hours in a year the appointment may not continue beyond one year of service. Accountabilities:

The Archive Assistant will perform data entry, rehouse collections materials, and digitize records in accordance with departmental standards. Other duties may include recording material conditions and data on digital records and using image editing software (Adobe Photoshop).

Candidates will be expected to work independently, be comfortable with technology including databases, and have excellent attention to detail. Professional Experience/ Qualifications:

Library experience is helpful.
