Camping World is looking for a Call Center Sales Agent. Essential Job Functions: Handle inbound catalog sales calls Meet/Exceed department sales goals and objectives Resolve customer inquiries/issues via in-bound calls Provide customer solutions within the parameters of defined business rules and standard operational procedures Participation in product sales training Interface with teammates, team lead and department managers as needed to handle customer inquiries, complaints or to report deficiencies and/or issues Convert customer product inquiries to sales through product support and follow-up Essential Job Skills: High School Diploma is required, some college coursework preferred Exceptional customer service skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of MS Office Pay Range: $14.00-$18.27 Hourly In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
