Job Type: Full-time Description Western National is seeking an EDI Analyst to join our team! The individual in this role will coordinate the accurate and complete electronic transmission of Workers’ Compensation forms and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting error resolution efforts. Responsibilities include: Providing subject matter expertise on Workers’ Compensation EDI processes and supporting documentation and training development. Supporting internal and external resources, communicating updates on EDI requirements, troubleshooting data issues, and collaborating on resolution. Maintaining records, analyzing jurisdictional requirements, and ensuring compliance. Training stakeholders, collaborating with claims, compliance, and IT teams, and seeking process improvements. Making routine decisions independently and demonstrating analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with data integrity and resolution, knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims, and strong analytical skills. High attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to follow processes and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Proficiency with core systems and experience with platforms like Verisk; insurance industry certification or Workers’ Compensation experience is a plus.
