Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain schedules for assigned executives
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them as necessary
Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up to date
Assist in planning and execution of company events and conferences
Conduct research and compile reports as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; preference for some college education
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and positive attitude towards work and team collaboration
