This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while providing essential support to our executives. Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents
Organize and maintain files and records
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Handle inbound communications such as phone calls and emails

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
