Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to support executives and staff by managing their schedules, handling communications, and ensuring that their daily activities run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules for executives and team members.
• Coordinate and book appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of executives.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are organized and up to date.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
