As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Manage and organize schedules, including appointments and meetings.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
• Maintain and update contact lists and databases to ensure accuracy.
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
