Interventional Pain Management Physician - Outpatient Opportunity
Location: Fairfield, Connecticut

A leading and well-established pain management group in Fairfield, CT is seeking skilled Interventional Pain Management Physicians to join its expanding outpatient network. Position Overview:
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive outpatient pain management services, balancing new patient consultations, follow-ups, and a full range of interventional procedures. Your typical week will include 2-3 procedure days and 2 office days, with an average daily patient volume exceeding 24, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and procedural variety.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating and managing diverse chronic pain conditions through a thorough diagnostic process.

  • Interpreting imaging and diagnostic tests to craft tailored treatment plans.

  • Performing a broad spectrum of interventional procedures such as:

    • Medial branch blocks and facet joint injections

    • Sacroiliac joint and epidural steroid injections

    • Nerve blocks and discography

    • Peripheral nerve and spinal cord stimulation

    • Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty

    • Prolotherapy and disc regenerative therapy

    • Peripheral joint and trigger point injections

  • Collaborating closely with fellow physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes and enhance clinic operations.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have completed an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship and be board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology. Those with Neurology training and relevant pain management experience will also be considered. A dedication to clinical excellence and procedural skill is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary starting at $350,000, with a guaranteed income period of 1-2 years to ensure a smooth transition.
