We’re hiring a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our expanding team and help deliver campaigns that support nonprofit organizations and community initiatives.

What You’ll Do:Assist with the planning and execution of mission-driven marketing campaigns and community outreach events
Deliver exceptional client service at live events, fundraisers, retail activations, and public engagements
Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep sense of purpose
Build authentic connections with community members to drive awareness and support
Help manage client relationships, event logistics, and team coordination
Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand voice, compliance standards, and nonprofit values
Participate in leadership development training and take on increasing responsibility over time
Track campaign metrics and contribute to event performance reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with a client-first mindset
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Passionate about social causes, advocacy, and nonprofit work
Willing to travel locally for community events and outreach campaigns
No prior experience required — just a willingness to learn
Background in marketing, customer service, event planning, or communications is a plus
