Job Description

Paid Training | Mission-Driven Work | Career Growth Opportunities

We’re hiring a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our expanding team and help deliver campaigns that support nonprofit organizations and community initiatives.

This is a paid, entry-level opportunity offering hands-on experience in event marketing, public relations, fundraising, and nonprofit communications —no prior experience required. If you’re a motivated, people-oriented professional looking to make a real difference, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with the planning and execution of mission-driven marketing campaigns and community outreach events

  • Deliver exceptional client service at live events, fundraisers, retail activations, and public engagements

  • Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep sense of purpose

  • Build authentic connections with community members to drive awareness and support

  • Help manage client relationships, event logistics, and team coordination

  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand voice, compliance standards, and nonprofit values

  • Participate in leadership development training and take on increasing responsibility over time

  • Track campaign metrics and contribute to event performance reporting

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a client-first mindset

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments

  • Passionate about social causes, advocacy, and nonprofit work

  • Willing to travel locally for community events and outreach campaigns

  • No prior experience required — just a willingness to learn

  • Background in marketing, customer service, event planning, or communications is a plus

What We Offer:
  • Paid training and continuous mentorship from marketing and nonprofit professionals

  • Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses and travel opportunities

  • Hands-on experience in event coordination, PR, fundraising, and brand representation

  • Clear advancement pathways into campaign management and leadership roles

  • A supportive, mission-aligned culture focused on teamwork, impact, and growth

  • Resume-building experience with recognized nonprofit organizations

  • The opportunity to create real, measurable impact in your local community

This Role Is Ideal For:
  • Recent grads , students, or early-career professionals exploring nonprofit marketing or social impact roles

  • Career changers from hospitality, retail, or events looking for purpose-driven work

  • Outgoing individuals who thrive on face-to-face engagement and public outreach

  • People who want more than a job — they want to build a career with purpose
