The Orthopedic Institute (TOI), a leading private practice group in Florida, is hiring for a BC Neurosurgical Spine Surgeon to join our team in our very attractive Gainesville Florida flagship headquarters.
Qualified Candidates:
· Surgeon should have a medical license in good standing and be BC/BE in Neurosurgery
· Ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated with strong patient-centered practice philosophy
· Great Opportunity for experienced and newer spine surgeons to come into an market with two extremely busy spine surgeons and interventional pain physicians in the same practice.
· Expect 2-2.5 OR days and 2.5-3 days in office per week

· The TOI Gainesville market currently consists of 25 very busy physicians.
· In the Gainesville market, there are three Int. Pain physicians and three non-operative MSK primary care physicians to help provide patient access to the practice.

· We are a leading private orthopedic and neurosurgical group in Florida with 53 physicians across more than 10 offices
· TOI is looking to recruit to fulfill a massive demand for spine surgery both within the practice and within the local Gainesville market.
· The primary focus for the position will be an elective Spine practice
· Strong patient base with a large internal referral base from your TOI partners.
· Robust infrastructure and support to help ramp up your practice with a highly collaborative culture
· This practice has state of the art MRI, physical therapy and a brand new outpatient surgery center
