PLC Manufacturing Engineer – Milford, CT Area | Up to $120K | Direct Hire

Expert Staffing is proud to partner with a people-first manufacturing company in the Milford, CT area that’s experiencing exciting growth! We’re actively seeking a PLC Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

**PLEASE NOTE - There are no sponsorships or relocation available for this position**

Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: Up to $120,000 (based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Onsite Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve processes and minimize downtime.
• Develop and optimize control systems and HMI interfaces.
• Support capital projects, machine installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure equipment meets quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
