Job Title: Proposal Writer Job Type: 6Months+ contract & CTH Location: St. Paul MN 55108 United States Remote Key Responsibilities: Develop and write compelling proposals for microelectronics and semiconductor projects. Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and translate them into clear, persuasive proposals. Conduct research to gather information and insights that enhance proposal content. Ensure proposals align with company standards and client expectations. Manage proposal timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines. Maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in proposal writing | RFP’s, preferably in the microelectronics or semiconductor industry. Previous experience in Federal or government funded programs, etc. Strong understanding of technology development and delivery processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
