Korzen Health is working with one of the largest Behavioral Healthcare Groups in the area! We are looking to hire a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist.

Iredell Davis Behavioral Health has 42 inpatient psychiatric beds (3 adult units) and provides a much-needed service throughout North Carolina and the country. In 2022, 68 counties in North Carolina admitted patients to Davis for behavioral health needs.

The rate for the weekend is $3000, please apply and inquire for PT/Moonlighting rates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care to adult and geriatric inpatients
• Collaborate closely with a team of skilled mid-level providers
• Conduct evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans
• Ensure documentation and care standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Valid medical license in the state of North Carolina
• Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred, especially in adult and geriatric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a supportive, collaborative environment
