Eagleshine Group Inc., based in Corona, CA, is a fast-growing leader in the health and wellness industry. We own and operate several top-performing brands, including Micro Ingredients, Naturebell, and Deal Supplement.

We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to help expand our wholesale business across both finished dietary supplement products and raw ingredients, with a strong focus on offline retail and supermarket channels.

As one of the first hires in our sales team, this role is highly valued and comes with broad growth potential as the department scales.

Responsibilities:

• Drive wholesale sales of finished products and raw ingredients to domestic and international clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, supermarket distribution, and offline markets
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, product materials, and pricing to potential partners
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, product, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery
• Track sales performance, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to inform strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in dietary supplements, health food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Experience with supermarket distribution, offline retail, or international sales is a strong plus
• Familiarity with local retail markets such as Whole Foods, Walmart, Safeway, etc., is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Must be available to work on-site full-time at our Corona, CA office (remote/hybrid not available)

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
• Performance-based commission
