Alabama Signature Homes is in need of a hardworking full-time construction field assistant! We are looking for somebody with the ability and willingness to learn new skills. Your daily work schedule will include assisting with all areas of construction/remodel work, ensuring the job site is clean, and helping with repairs/maintenance jobs. Job seekers should be team players who always strive for the highest level of quality and have excellent communication skills. Pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities

•Adhere to all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisor
•Help builders, contractors, project engineers, and construction manager with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner and you develop your construction skills
•Secure on-site material deliveries, prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly
•Document job changes and daily construction work tasks to assist the project manager with paperwork

Qualifications

•Have good physical stamina to climb ladders and climb stairs, work outdoors for long periods of time
•Basic skills construction knowledge (how to use construction equipment and tools) is needed
•Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
•Proven track record of adhering to project schedules, being a team player, regular attendance at work, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Camelot Properties
