Job Description: The objective of this position is to acquire new business as well as becoming an Auto and Home insurance specialist. This position includes conducting Simple Conversations, Needs Analysis and Insurance & Financial Reviews with new / existing customers. In addition, you will help originate business and conduct onboarding appointments with new customers. This is a brief overview and other duties may be assigned based on insurance knowledge, experience and ability.
Experience and Knowledge: Strong time management skills and a positive attitude are a must. The ability to multitask and steer the conversation in a direction you desire is also preferred. Managerial experience is not required; however, flexibility and a willingness to learn are.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work load.
· The ability to pivot from Auto & Home insurance to Life services.

Job Related Training: All team members must be licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance along with, Life & Health insurance in the State of Texas. Employees will be required to complete the Agent’s Staff Training Modules within the first month of employment to receive their staff agreements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead by example, set a positive tone for the office and fellow team members!
· Contact potential new customers and set Needs Analysis appointments for Business Development Managers.
· Originate new business through customer outreach programs.
· Maintain a customer list for on-boarding conversations.
· Manage incoming calls and process account change requests.
· Train, mentor and assist new team members.
* Additional roles may be added or removed as business needs change.
Daily Responsibility:
· Offer a variety of vehicle, home, property, life and health insurance products.
· Conduct Insurance & Financial Reviews with customers.
· Increase product penetration through multi-line opportunities.
· Pilot new sales practices and programs.
· Set Simple Conversation appointments to insure a customer’s coverage gaps are mitigated.
· Complete Needs Analysis conversations with customers.
