CodeREV Kids is a full-service STEM program dedicated to inspiring children to code. They offer computer science and engineering education for students in grades K-12 through engaging, project-based formats. CodeREV provides online courses, Creator Bot Kits, tech camps, and after-school and in-school classes. The program partners with schools and other organizations to offer educational licenses and professional development worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Summer Camp Counselor at CodeREV Kids located in Santa Monica, CA. The Summer Camp Counselor will be responsible for daily activities at the camp, facilitating camper interactions, ensuring safety, and engaging campers in educational STEM activities.

Qualifications

Camp and Education skills
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Lifeguarding certification is a plus
Prior experience working with children or in a camp setting
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for STEM education
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
First Aid/CPR certification is beneficial
Background in STEM fields or education is advantageous
