Job Title: Customer Service Inbound II Location: 33-West State street 3rd floor Trenton NJ 08608 Duration: 6+ Months (possible extension) Hours/week: 37.5hrs Shift timings: Mon-Fri 7-5 pm Pay rate: $17.49/hr on W2 without benefits Job Description: Answer telephone inquiries on the Division's automated Contact Center. Assist customers inquiries regarding Business tax/employer registry, public business filings and records, Notaries Public, Business Records, Apostilles, and other programs administered by DORES. Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses. Put aside those that require higher level changes. Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system. Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities. Mandatory Skills: Computer skills which includes Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (3 Years). Ability to perform simple data entry (3 Years). Ability to deal with people patiently (3 Years). Must have high school diploma. Customer service experience (3 Years). Call center experience a plus. 22nd Century Technologies
