Pali Activity Specialist Join Pali Mountain Today! As an Activity Specialist, you'll lead fun and engaging outdoor activities like archery, tomahawk throwing, high ropes, zipline, and team building sessions for conference guests and teach students in grades 4-12 in our outdoor education program. Activity Specialist Role at Pali: Main Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of individuals while leading classes, hikes, high ropes courses, and zip line races. Provide excellent customer service and assist with conference set up for Friday-Sunday. Work as an Outdoor Educator Wed-Fri including program set up, break coverage, teaching and group leading. Qualifications: All Activity Specialist Must: Over the age of 21 before the season starts. Have prior experience working with large groups of children and adults. Possess the ability to work in a team environment with 100+ other staff. Flexible and quickly adjust to changes. Handle concerns and issues in a constructive manner. Our Top Activity Specialist Are: Experienced in the camping and/or experiential education fields. Able to have fun, laugh at yourself and be silly! Passionate about Science, Outdoor Education and/or Leadership Development. Comfortable and confident teaching and instruction to small and large groups of students.
