The Program Director drives the enterprise-wide implementation of the Debt Manager platform and ensures its sustained performance, optimization, and alignment with business objectives. This high-impact role will drive the strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination of the implementation effort, ensuring that the solution is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s compliance and operational objectives.

Define and lead the overall program strategy and implementation roadmap for the Debt Manager system to the established vision.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project sponsors.

Translate business needs into actionable workstreams and project phases.

Collaborate with Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Maintain clear, ongoing communication with executive sponsors and department leaders.

Provide program updates, executive dashboards, and risk assessments to leadership.

Oversee all aspects of project planning, resource management, budgeting, and timeline management.

Lead cross-functional teams, including internal SMEs, vendors, and implementation partners.

Ensure successful data migration, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure the solution meets all regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.

Partner with compliance and legal teams to document and validate workflows.

Establish change management, user training, and adoption strategies.

Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and optimization of the Debt Manager system.

Support the transition to long-term ownership by the business and IT support teams.

Measure success through KPIs related to system performance, adoption, and business impact.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred)

7+ years of experience in project/program management, including 3+ years leading enterprise software implementations.

Prior experience with debt collection platforms (e.g., Debt Manager, FICO, CUBS, or similar systems).

Must be able to obtain government clearance after hire. US Citizenship is required by the US government in order to obtain government clearance.

Strong understanding of compliance, data privacy, and security in the collections industry.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams

Proven expertise and experience to drive product implementation to completion

The starting pay range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000/year. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
